He works closely with both non-institutional & institutional-grade clients on multi-market representation assignments, providing a unique, full-service approach. Throughout his career, he has developed unique leasing solutions for a variety of retail assets including but not limited to: high street retail, urban mixed-use, power centers, lifestyle shopping centers, and community centers. In doing so, Sam has represented/transacted with numerous international, national, and regional retail/food & beverage tenants such as Citibank, Orangetheory Fitness, CVS, Starbucks, KFC, 7-Eleven, Firehouse Subs, Dunkin' Donuts, Shakey's Pizza, T-Mobile, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, and Subway.
