With more than 25 years’ experience in commercial real estate and property management, Sam Cameron, 2003 Commercial Realtor of the Year, is a leader in the local real estate industry. Trouble shooter, consultant, and business founder Sam has lived in Colorado Springs since 1997. Currently Sam serves as a director on the RSC (board of realtors), Chairperson of the RCIS (Real Estate Commercial & Industrial Society) and was recently appointed to serve as Chairperson of the RCA (Realtors Commercial Alliance) of the state of Colorado. Prior to arriving in Colorado Springs, Sam spent 15 years in Atlanta where his client list included such companies as Lavista Associates, Trammel Crow, Graham Commercial, The Quin Group, Allstate Life Insurance, New York Life, Coca Cola, Custom Signs Today, Wendy's International, RTM, Siemens, Intecolor and Antec. A native of Scotland, Sam graduated from Clinterty Agricultural College in Aberdeen, Scotland with a degree in Agricultural Management and managed and operated his family's farms in Aberdeenshire, Scotland.
