Sam Cooke is a multifamily investment sales professional in San Diego, specializing in private equity transactions with an emphasis on New Construction assets, East County, South County and the Mid City core. Mr. Cooke has been working along side Allen Chitayat and Nate Pepper at CBRE since late November 2021. Prior to his time at CBRE, Mr. Cooke was the lead investment analyst at MAC Multifamily, a private equity syndication platform where he underwrote and sourced multifamily acquisitions and dispositions throughout the United States, with a primary focus on the Sunbelt Markets. Prior to joining MAC Multifamily, Mr. Cooke served as a brokerage intern at a boutique brokerage shop in central San Diego, while simultaneously working as an analyst for a self-storage development firm in Carlsbad the summer between his junior and senior year at the University of San Diego. Before his ventures in commercial real estate, Mr. Cooke was an analyst at Blueprint Equity, a private equity firm that focuses on acquisitions of SaaS companies where he targeted PropTech companies. Additionally, Mr. Cooke gained sales experience as a Sales Development Representative at the local San Diego Tech Startup GoSite where he sold SEO software to Small to Medium Size Businesses.
