Sam Elliott joined CBRE | Triad in September 2020. He is currently an Associate for the Brokerage Services team in the Greensboro / Winston-Salem market.
Prior to becoming a broker, Sam interned for CBRE | Triad in 2019 before being hired as a Research Analyst in 2020, where he conducted thorough market research and customized data support for clients and brokers. Sam now focuses primarily on Landlord and Tenant Representation, Site Selection, and Investment Sales. His data-driven methodology and dedication to his clients makes him well-equipped to navigate the complexities of the industry and help his clients make informed decisions.
Sam is a native of the Greensboro area and was a student at Hampden-Sydney College prior to joining CBRE | Triad where he earned his B.A. in Business and Economics.
