Sam Gendell recently joined Terraco as a Property Manager. After serving in the Israeli Defense Forces he went to work for the Israeli Foreign Ministry. Most recently he served as Project Manager at the Board Member Institute for Jewish Nonprofits at the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management. Growing up in the Terraco family, Sam has always been connected with real estate and the company. He completed his Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies at Roosevelt University in Chicago. Sam lives in Chicago and enjoys reading, learning new languages, music and trying new restaurants.
