Sam joined Knight Frank in 2014 and has previous experience working in residential agency and development in Yorkshire following graduation from Northumbria University with a degree in Real Estate Management. Since joining, Sam has become an integral part of the office agency team in Leeds and has experienced a wide range of office agency practice and involvement in both disposal and acquisition instructions. Sam has acted on behalf of several major clients, and has been involved in numerous prime schemes and new developments in the Leeds City Centre, OOT and regional markets. Sam is now the principal contact for various agency instructions on behalf of institutional and regional clients and over the past 12 months has negotiated numerous transactions and assisted in securing several major new instructions across the region.
