Sam earned a B.S in PRTM with minors in Business Administration and Athletic Leadership from Clemson University in 2022. He interned with a local brokerage firm before joining NAI Earle Furman for an additional internship in the summer of 2021. Sam grew up in Greenville and has enjoyed seeing the exponential growth from his childhood to where it is today. He is eager to contribute to the continued growth and development of the community. Sam is primarily focused on land development and site selection for single family and multifamily development.
