Sam brings a wealth of experience from Marcus & Millichap, where he specialized in hotel sales and acquisitions with their National Hospitality Group. Recognized as a “Rising Star,” Sam ranked among the Top 10 in highest gross sales for 2022. Prior to Marcus & Millichap, he honed his expertise in multifamily assets at SVN International.
Sam holds an M.S. in Engineering from Cal State Fullerton. His combination of academic background and professional experience enables him to deliver tailored strategic solutions to his clients. Sam has built strong relationships in the industry over the years that speak to his dedication and skill.
