Sajmir "Sam" is the owner and founder of Hudson Exclusive. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida and New York. Sam has extensive financial and real estate development experience and provides a unique advantage in the market place. He brings nearly 20 years of experience in real estate brokerage and investment, auditing and accounting, due diligence, financial and business management, taxation, and real estate development. A decisive leader with proven success in market identification and positioning, he provides exceptional brokerage and property management services to his clientele. Establishing customer confidence, artfully negotiating, and providing guidance throughout the entire purchase is the reason why Sam's clients are referral based. Sam's relaxed style is only one part of the reason why he is an expert at working with the most demanding clients. Sam has an agile and creative mind. He is noted for being quick particularly with improving floor-plans, understanding spatial relationships, and he commands a true understanding of how to make a property show and flow better. His fluid creative style also contributes to him being a gifted problem-solver and allows him to work efficiently through complicated deals in order to carry them through to closing. Sam graduated from Adelphi University with a Master in Business Administration (MBA) with concentration in Finance and Investments. Sam also received his Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) in Finance and Investment from Baruch College, New York.
