Sam brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Applied Capital, LLC. With over a decade of experience in commercial real estate, he has a thorough understanding of all aspects of the business. Sam has completed hundreds of lease transactions, building sales, and a partnership syndication. Through his dedicated approach, Sam strives to understand and add value to his clients in achieving their objectives.
Prior to Applied Capital, Sam spent 11 years in a corporate environment at Colliers International. He developed critical skills required to help his clients achieve successful outcomes. Sam’s level of expertise and personalized approach represent the philosophy behind Applied Capital, LLC. Sam has a B.A. from the University of Washington and achieved the U of W Commercial Real Estate Designation. A Bellevue native, Sam lives on the Eastside with his wife and three children.
