Sam Sammis has been active for over fifty years in commercial and residential brokerage and development. He joined Lincoln Property Company in April of 2016, specializing in office leasing and sales.
In 1971, Mr. Sammis formed New England Land Company, Ltd., a real estate firm specializing in commercial and residential brokerage and development.
Mr. Sammis has been involved in a broad range of assignments with leading office buildings in the New York Metropolitan area as owner-developer, rental manager, leasing, and sales broker. He has negotiated and closed leases with companies such as IBM, GTE, Eastman Kodak, Control Data, and General Reinsurance.
Mr. Sammis has lived in Greenwich for over sixty years and has been married to his wife Jinny for fifty-two years. He graduated from Salisbury School Class of ’56 and St. Lawrence University Class of ’60, where he played varsity hockey and tennis.
