Samantha has been involved with real estate industry for more than 20 years. She began her career designing power and lighting systems for buildings and stadiums with the global engineering firm, Flack & Kurtz. There she worked on exciting projects, such as the Philadelphia Eagles Stadium, JPMorgan Chase Headquarters, etc. After years of working as a lead electrical engineer, she joined Hathaway Dinwiddie, where she worked on high profile, complex interior construction projects.
With her design and construction background, Samantha add tremendous value to her clients' lease transactions. Leasing is a series of related transactions that include finance, design and construction. Her background and the TenantSee approach, enable her to more fully advise her clients.
