Samir Guzman, Executive Director of Leasing and Marketing, brings broad industry experience in the real estate industry as a broker and landlord to his role overseeing all leasing and marketing of the company’s portfolio. Throughout his real estate career, he has received numerous industry awards and earned a respected reputation as a negotiator who creates “win win” situations for all parties involved. Previously, Guzman served as a F-16 Crew Chief with the United States Air Force. Guzman earned his Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Park University and is a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Broker. Active in industry associations, he is a member of the National Association of Realtors and of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
