Sam leads a team of real estate professionals specializing in the purchase, sale, and recapitalization of investment properties. Team Alison provides best-in-class advisory and brokerage services to clients in the sale and acquisition of retail centers, office campuses, industrial warehouses and distribution centers, and net lease properties nationwide. Currently, Team Alison has properties listed totaling more than $110 million in value. As an investment sales broker, Sam has sold over 350 properties exceeding 16 million square feet and totaling more than $4.0 billion in net proceeds.
