Sam Buckley has over 25 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining BentallGreenOak, Sam was SVP of Brokerage Services at Newmark's NYC headquarters.
Previously, he was SVP, Leasing at RXR Realty
and a Senior Vice President at CBRE.
Prior to joining CBRE, Sam was Vice President of Marketing for SJP Properties.
Sam's career experience includes the planning and development for master-planned commercial and residential projects, as well as facilitating all stages of lease and sale transactions from initial inspection through occupancy or closing. He is also experienced in developing market analysis for investment or sale purposes.
Throughout his career, Buckley has executed major transactions on behalf high-caliber companies including AIG, Cisco, Cytec, Merrill Lynch, MetLife, NPS Pharmaceuticals, Prudential and Schering-Plough.
