With a career dedicated to the exclusive representation of occupiers, Sam specializes in the creation and execution of real estate strategies for the world’s premier corporations and professional services firms. He is widely regarded as one of Denver’s leading tenant representation specialists and law firm experts and is noted for strong client performance and multiple repeat business relationships. He is also a recognized expert on downtown Denver.
Sam joined Newmark from CBRE, where he was an executive vice president and highly acclaimed service provider within the Denver office. During his 13 years at the company, Sam was instrumental in growing the office to over 50 brokerage professionals prior to its merger with Trammell Crow Company. Previously, he was a highly awarded tenant representation advisor at The Staubach Company, a pioneer in the business of exclusive occupier services.
