Samuel “Sam” Dunbar is a Realtor whose professional background includes a working knowledge of construction as well as strong family ties to the land. A native of Santa Paula and still a resident of the historic Santa Clara River Valley, Dunbar is a Realtor specializing in residential, rural, and investment properties. A Santa Paula High School graduate, Sam attended Ventura College where he studied business. He is also trained in computer operation, repair, and management.
Son of ‘The Dunbar Group’ founders Scott and Cynthia Dunbar, working with his family and learning real estate brought Sam to the business, in that the river valley and Ventura County have diverse opportunities for buyers and sellers alike. Comforting representation is Sam’s goal for all clients, but especially those who may find real estate purchases and transactions daunting.
Sam’s goal for himself is to become a great agent while successfully balancing a young, active family and busy career. Being raised in a household of Realtors and working side-by-side with his father to build and remodel homes not only reinforced his love of the land, but also has given Sam a unique perspective in real estate, especially when it comes to fixer-uppers and other properties needing loving care. His paternal grandparents had purchased and renovated homes for resale in the Palos Verdes area which became a generational interest.
Sam and his wife have three young and continually active children who are involved in sports school and outdoor activities. The family also enjoys off-road adventures exploring the country.
