Bio
Sam represents various retailers with their real estate strategies. His Tenant work includes Panera Bread, Petco, Biograph and Tribeca Hospitality Group among others. Notable recent projects and transactions include the rollout of Panera Breads new urban concept, Petco’s 30,000sf flagship relocation in Union Square and internationally acclaimed Beef Bar’s first U.S. location. Sam also represents several prominent landlords in New York City, including Empire State Realty Trust, Blackstone, Edward J Minskoff Equities, Rockwood Capital, Dermot Company and Equity Residential. Sam joined RIPCO Real Estate in January 2019. Prior to joining RIPCO, Sam worked at Hospitality House in Manhattan, where he concentrated on Food and Beverage retail leasing for landlords and hotel owners. He has worked with companies such as Hyatt Hotels, Hidrock Properties, M&R Hotel Group, Highgate Hotels, and Three Wall Capital. Sam is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He graduated from The University of Michigan in 2016 with a degree in Political Science and Government.
