Sanad was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Growing up in Greenwood Heights, he has seen the borough change for the better; this rapid growth is what influenced him to pursue a career in real estate. He is a master of the area, his upbringing allowed him to gain a vast knowledge of the schools, bars, shops, and restaurants. Sanad is always searching for new and exciting things to do and discover throughout the city. Sanad is innately creative and artistic, and it was his curiosity that really made him wonder how things worked and functioned. As a child, he would turn his thoughts into reality; he was constantly creating new and crazy inventions. Sanad's long-term goal is to gain wealth using his knowledge of the industry, while his consistent goal is to treat each and every client with the respect and decency he would like to be afforded were roles reversed.
