Serving the Triangle market in a variety of capacities, Sandra’s expertise is often required for acquisition and disposition of vintage properties with multiple owners.
Sandra has significant Downtown Raleigh experience. She represents multiple clients searching for urban properties. Sandra is actively involved in multiple transactions and has a vast network in the downtown community.

Sandra Simpson is a native of North Carolina and a graduate of North Carolina State University. She has worked for three of the top ten largest companies in North Carolina. She is the past marketing and development chair for United States Building Council of North Carolina. She serves on several committees at Urban Ministries and attends White Memorial Presbyterian Church.
