Sandra brings 18 years of diverse experience in the real estate industry with focus on landlord agency leasing and tenant representation for the last 8 years. Sandra joined Transwestern as a senior associate on the Healthcare Advisory Team. Prior to joining Transwestern, she served as a leasing manager from Healthcare Trust of America where she was responsible for a portfolio of properties in across Texas. At Transwestern, she focusses in working with users and owners of medical office buildings on agency leasing, tenant representation and investment services.
Since 2016, Sandra has completed over 260 lease and sale transactions and oversaw up to 2.5 million square feet representing landlords across Texas.
