A life-long resident of Denver, Sandy has been associated with NAI Shames Makovsky since 1982. He represents both landlords and tenants and specializes in selling and leasing retail, industrial, and investment real estate in addition to vacant ground.
Sandy has consistently been recognized by DMCAR/Denver Business Journal “Heavy Hitters” Retail Brokers (Ranked Top 10 in 2012 & 2013) and CoStar Power Brokers 2013. Some of his brokerage experience includes the exclusive representation of several Denver metro automobile dealerships from site selection to municipality approvals to include McDonald Automotive Group, Phil Long Automotive, John Elway, Doug Moreland, Larry Miller Nissan and Denver Land Rover. Sandy is also a principal owner in several commercial real estate investments throughout the Denver area. He has served on a number of organization boards and is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado. He lives with his wife in the Denver metro area and has three grown children.
