Sara Bravo joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Orlando Industrial Brokerage Services team in April 2021 as a Senior Brokerage Specialist. In this role, she bolsters overall team productivity, and improves efficiencies in all areas of the practice with specific emphasis on supporting agency leasing customers. This is a hybrid function with a considerable amount of administrative responsibility, but in addition she supports transaction management to ensure brokers are consistently available to pursue the most meaningful opportunities. Sara brings a bevy of organizational skills and is an asset to the team.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield she worked with Optim Real Estate for three years, and has executed transactions in multiple asset classes, but most notably within office and industrial. Prior to brokerage, Sara was as a Special Education Teacher and founder of a nonprofit organization. Sara is a Florida native, born and raised in Jacksonville.
