Since joining Savills in 2017, Sara has assisted in the facilitation of lease transactions in Southern California and across the country by providing extensive due diligence, market research and both lease and financial analysis. She is specifically responsible for market surveys and comparative data, lease negotiations, building tour planning, financial forecasting, management of co-brokers and overall client satisfaction for each of her account assignments. Sara’s approach is centered on extensive market knowledge, data analysis, attention to detail and clarity of communication.
