A Central Ohio native and a graduate of Otterbein University, Sara began her career in real estate in 1982, working for a small local real estate firm where she received a first-hand education in the real estate industry. She joined the Columbus REALTORS® as a licensed agent in 1988 and in May of 1989, joined RE/MAX Associates Realty. Sara worked with RE/MAX for six years when her former real estate partner recruited her to HER REALTORS®. Sara returned to RE/MAX in 2012. Sara has received numerous awards throughout her career including the Columbus REALTORS’ Salesperson of the Year Award in 2011 and was the youngest recipient to obtain the Columbus REALTORS Lifetime Achievement Award. Sara is the 2018 President of Columbus REALTORS, the largest local trade association in Ohio. Sara has served or chaired numerous committees at Columbus REALTORS. Additionally, Sara served as President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS, both the Columbus and Ohio Chapters. With a strong belief in community and political involvement, she currently serves on the Board for the JoAnn Davidson Ohio Leadership Institute, the Genoa Township Citizen's Police Advisory Board and is a member of the United Way of Delaware County’s Financial Stability Impact Team.
