Bio
Sarah has extensive experience in retail commercial sales, leasing, and finance. Sarah previously worked as a transaction specialist at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank in the Capital Group, where she sourced, analyzed, and executed deals for investment sales and loan sales advisory. She had previously worked with the Asset Management arm of Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc., sourcing and performing valuation for potential acquisitions of commercial real estate properties.
Prior to her work in real estate valuation, she worked in investment banking in the M&A and Financial Sponsors group at Cowen & Company. Ms. Hughes Cafaro also worked for Standard & Poor’s in business development and sales for five years, during which time she served as the relationship manager and head of accounts with clients in industries such as private equity, investment banking, asset management and corporate finance.
