Sarah Henderson joined CBRE in early 2018 as a Research Analyst and soon advanced onto the Edmonton Office Advisors team as a Sales Representative in late 2018. Sarah specializes in office leasing and sales transactions in both the downtown and suburban Edmonton market. She started her sales career in healthcare where she developed a skill set of building strong relationships and consistent client-satisfaction, allowing her to quickly advance in her role as a top sales performer. Sarah’s key focus is getting the best results for her clients by deeply understanding individual client needs and providing creative client solutions. In her role as an office leasing broker, her experience includes lease and renewal negotiations, facility relocation, marketing, strategic planning, financial analysis, solution implementation and subleases, as well as market forecasting and analysis.
