Bio
Sarah began her career at Colliers International in 2004 qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) in 2006 and gaining experience in a number of areas including Lease Advisory Services, Valuation and Office Agency. She later specialised in Office Acquisitions and Disposals across the West London & Thames Valley markets and was promoted to Director in 2014 advising both the landlords/investors and occupiers. On the occupier side, her experience ranges from advising large corporates on strategic office relocations to acting as Corporate Relationship Manager for a number of UK and Global office occupiers. Her work with investors and landlords was focussed predominantly on providing development, repositioning and letting advice for large office schemes across the South East market. Sarah joined the Business Space Asset Management team at Orchard Street in 2016.
