Sarah advises on the purchase and sale of commercial investments in the UK, focussing primarily on Scotland.
Sarah joined the Edinburgh Capital Markets team in September 2014, having previously worked in Cushman & Wakefield’s Glasgow office in the Professional Services team. Within the Professional team, Sarah was heavily involved with valuations for secured lending and accounts purposes. She also worked on national lease advisory mandates including National Australia Group, EE Limited and Poundland.
Recent successes include the purchase of Gallagher Retail Park, Dundee (£46m) and The Centre, Livingston (£224m). The Scottish Capital Markets team was number 1 for retail in 2012, 2013 and 2014.
