Sarah Teel joined the United Commercial Realty (UCR) San Antonio team in September 2000. Teel was hired as the Vice President of Operations and handles brokerage production tracking involved in the administration of all legal documents including, listing agreements, sales contracts and commission agreements. She is also responsible for helping maintain and advance the UCR research division. After two years of proving her skills as Vice President of Operations, Teel was asked to be the Director of Property Management for United Commercial Property Services (UCPS), an extension of UCR. As Director, Teel oversees the Asset Property Management division and all assets assigned including, the physical and financial aspects. Teel works closely with investors and is involved in the due diligence process of collaborating collateral materials for sales. Teel’s clients are primarily local and institutional owners who are interested in the management of their properties as a physical and investment asset. Teel brings to UCR 14 years of experience in asset and property management with an emphasis in acquisition and disposition of properties. While in Michigan, Teel worked for Cushman & Wakefield as a senior property manager for seven years, then with Project Management Realty handling the Goldman Saks portfolio. In 1997, Teel took the position of the director of property management for Liberty Property Trust, a Pennsylvania based Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) where she was responsible for management, development and assisted in acquisition. Teel was instrumental in building the Michigan Region. Teel uses her expertise by actively participating on various boards and committees. She is a member of the Real Estate Council of San Antonio, the International Council of Shopping Centers, ChainLinks and CCIM. Teel also served for six years on the Sarah Fisher and St. Vincent De Paul for Wayward Children organization in Farmington, Michigan. She is also a member of the North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce Leadership Lab Class of 2001. In Teel’s spare time, she enjoys golf, gardening, volunteering and spending time with her family. Teel earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University in 1988.
