Sasha joined South Park Group in 2024 as an Investments Associate. He supports the firm’s acquisition platform through underwriting, financial modeling, and market analysis, with a focus on sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities across Southern California and helping South Park expand into new markets.
Prior to joining South Park Group, Sasha worked at VTS, an industry-leading real estate technology firm in New York. There, he consulted institutional commercial landlords on lease-up strategy, working closely with ownership groups to optimize asset performance. He also manages a portfolio of private investments while advising family offices on real estate technology strategy.
A Los Angeles native, Sasha’s background spans investment sales brokerage, leasing, syndications, and value-add property acquisitions. He brings a blend of institutional technology insight and hands-on real estate experience to his role at South Park Group.
Sasha holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and graduated from Windward School here in Los Angeles.
