Scot Davis is a Senior Managing Director for the Gulf Coast Division of Trammell Crow Residential, the multifamily development company of Crow Holdings. Scot is responsible for leading TCR’s multifamily development business in the Gulf Coast, including management of all development functions, construction oversight, and project capitalization.
Prior to joining TCR in 2006, Scot worked as a development associate for Dwayne Henson Investments, Inc., an affordable housing developer. Before transitioning to development, Scot served as Audit Manager for N. F. Smith & Associates and as Senior Accountant for Arthur Andersen LLP.
Scot received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Houston and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.
