Bio
Mr. Florsheim has more than twenty five years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to his current role, Mr. Florsheim was with GE Capital Real Estate serving as Vice President of General Electric Credit Equities, Inc. and a Senior Member of the Global Asset Management team. He directed all aspects of asset management responsibilities for more than $3B of real estate investments including owned real estate, leveraged joint ventures, and a loan portfolio consisting of all collateral types; commercial, retail, industrial, and multi-family. Prior to his role in asset management, Mr. Florsheim held various finance positions within GE Capital Real Estate, including CFO of Institutional accounts, FP&A Manager – North America Lending, and FP&A – Manager of Financial Analysis for the Global Real Estate business based in Stamford, CT.
Previously, Mr. Florsheim held multiple roles in the hotel industry where he worked for notable global hotel companies including Marriott International and Bristol Hotels & Resorts.
