Scott Oliver is an award-winning Realtor® and Top Producer whose leadership style builds hard working agents that want to excel. Over the span of two decades, Scott has garnered extensive industry experience with closing hundreds of properties. Along with his personal real estate business, Scott has served as President for the Merced County Association of Realtors®, Region Chair for the California Association of Realtors®, served as a State Director for six years, National Director for one year, as well as three terms on the Board of Directors for the Merced County Association of Realtors®. Scott was nominated Realtor of the Year in 2006.
Currently, Scott manages the esteemed real estate brokerage, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Drysdale Properties in Merced, where Scott and her dedicated team of experts offer top-tier realty services to sellers and buyers alike -from traditional residential sales, short sales, foreclosures to investments properties, Ag, land and commercial. Growing up in Merced County and the Central Valley, Scott is well-versed in pairing buyers with the perfect homes. When he isn't helping clients attain their goals, Scott Oliver enjoys spending quality time with his family, enjoying the great outdoors, going on camping trips and antiquing with his wife. He is happily married and the proud father of two beautiful daughters and two grandchildren. Scott retired in 2001 with over 20 years with an Anheuser-Busch Wholesaler and is a U. S. Air Force Veteran, working as a Minuteman II Missile Technician.
