Prior to starting his career in Commercial Real Estate in 2008, Scott spent 25 + years working as a Civil Engineer, Project Manager and Developer working for the major home builders in Northern Nevada. Scott is very passionate about the Land and Project Development whether as a designer, engineer, builder, or Real Estate Broker. Scott has been directly involved with a number of Master Planned Communities such as D’Andrea, Miramonte, Wingfield Springs, Double Diamond, Cyan, and Caughlin Ranch, to name a few. Scott is a Professional Civil Engineer Licensed in Nevada and California and also holds a certificate of Appointment as a State of Nevada, Water-Right Surveyor. Prior to creating HG Commercial Real Estate, Scott worked for HomeGate Realty of Nevada Colliers International as a Commercial and Land Expert for the Reno office. He also assisted clients with their agency entitlement submittal process. Previously, Scott was the Vice President of Land Development and Forward Planning for Centex Homes in Northern Nevada. Scott is very passionate about land development and has been involved with most of the major master-planned communities in the Reno/Sparks area in one way or another.
