Scott Blanding is the Chief Operating Officer at Banner Industrial Properties and oversees investment sourcing, leasing, asset management, and operations. Before joining Banner, Scott was Managing Director of Viking West at Viking Partners, where he led the business development efforts for Viking in the Western US as well as the investment and operational management of Viking's Mountain West portfolio.
Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President at DCT Industrial Trust (NYSE: DCT), where he was the Market Leader for DCT's Cincinnati office and was directly responsible for the leasing and management of 64 distribution and light industrial buildings totaling 14 million square feet. Earlier in his career, Scott was a Second Vice President at The Northern Trust Company, managing global securities lending clients.
