Scott Clendening is the Broker/President of Commercial Partners Realty, Inc. Scott is a commercial real estate office and industrial specialist concentrating on the Central Florida market since 1985. From complex multimillion dollar build-to-suit projects and sale leasebacks to smaller real estate lease or sale transactions, each requires special skills that are all part of Scott’s expertise. As a Commercial Real Estate broker specializing in the Central Florida Industrial market since 1985, I have sold hundreds of acres of land and handled transactions on over a million square feet of commercial/industrial buildings.
