Scott brings significant real estate transaction history and a wealth of experience in the healthcare sector. His participation in over $250 million in transactions has repeatedly resulted in increased realization of asset value for his clients, as well as creation of new opportunities in both operations and investment capacities. Scott's experience working across the US as an advisor for global real estate firms (NAI) as well as his experience at Zocdoc, an innovative medical care services provider has given him a perspective on the medical and the healthcare real estate sector to provide advisory and investment services to his clients. Additionally, he was a student at The University of Delaware in 2003 where he played football and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology.
