Scott got his start in real estate playing with property back in the 1990’s, flipping houses in the Seattle area as a real estate investor. He caught the real estate bug hard core and pursued a Real Estate career focused on the Escrow closing and Title insurance side of the business, along with a short stop in the mortgage lending industry. He has made real estate his primary focus professionally. Scott had initially thought his dream of homesteading would be enough to keep him busy and content. However, after spending his entire career working closely with the people, the realities of a quiet life on the land proved to be just too quiet and he knew he needed to get back into the real estate business and back to serving his customers. Scott looked forward to a challenge and chose to try a new angle on real estate through getting licensed to sell real estate.
It did not take him long to realize that the selling side of the business was his true calling. Scott now spends his days working with both buyers and sellers in some of the most beautiful locations in the entire country. He feels privileged to be spending his time throughout both Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho. Scott looks forward to assisting his clients with all their real estate needs, whatever and wherever they might be.
