It is difficult for Scott Cutler to believe he has spent forty years in Real Estate. Scott recently became a "Life Member" of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, a very prestigious designation. In that time, he has seen interest rates as high as 20% and as low as 3.5%, but the one thing that stays the same is the need for people to own a piece of the "American Dream." During those years, he has helped many hundreds / thousands of people achieve that dream, whether it be residential, commercial, or new construction. Scott’s father taught him that you need to listen to people to find out their wants & needs and then help to attain them.
