Over the past 12 years Scott has taken on many roles that developed his excellent leadership, market knowledge and strong dedication to work detail which add to his brokerage leadership and responsibility throughout the Midwest. Scott specializes in tenant expansion programs and is an expert in dealing with planning, strategy formation, relationship management, negotiation and zoning and approval issues.
Currently, Scott is working with notable tenants such as Helzberg Diamonds, Shoe Sensation, Chuck E. Cheese, Rue 21, Sonic, TCBY/ Mrs. Fields, Chuy’s, Granite City Brewery, Kirkland’s, Bar Louie, honeygrow, Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, MyEyeDr, Waterway Car Wash and more. Along with a strong tenant portfolio he has also been involved with Landlord representation.
