With over 12 years of commercial real estate industry experience, Scott Donaghe is dedicated to serving the corporate real estate needs of high-growth and mid-size companies. After 3 years as a research analyst with UGL Equis (now DTZ) in New York City, Scott joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Los Angeles office as a tenant representation specialist. In working exclusively with corporate occupiers, Scott’s focus is on thoroughly understanding the operational needs of the business to help create both the overall real estate strategy and the road map to the desired future state.
Recognizing a need for consultative analytical brokerage support in Las Vegas, Scott relocated operations to Las Vegas in 2013. He has helped clients achieve transformational change in the way real estate is viewed by and used by their organizations.
