Bio
Scott is not your typical Realtor®. Scott brings a breadth and depth of sales and marketing experience unmatched by any other Realtor in the Atlanta Metro Area. When you choose Scott to Sell or Buy a home, you're getting an executive with more than 25+ years of domestic and international sales, marketing and operational experience. He started, or was a key executive, in several successful start-ups to include Healthcare, Telecommunications and Construction industries. He's led small and large (more than 1,000 people) sales and marketing teams and moved his family to London to start a sales and marketing organization for a public company. He was nominated by the Small Business Administration (SBA) for the Small Business of the Year Award. He and his teams have closed nearly $500M in sales.

Before Scott endeavored to permanently leave the technology industry, Scott closed Residential Real Estate transactions in Georgia, Maryland, California and the United Kingdom and he’s finalized more than 60 Commercial Real Estate transactions around the world. Scott loved real estate so much that he would spend his weekends visiting open houses and was constantly checking out appliance, lighting and fixture showrooms to spot new trends. He is now leveraging his significant entrepreneurial, sales, marketing and data analytics background at Keller Williams First Atlanta to the benefit of his Real Estate clients. To ensure his clients obtain the best possible price for their home, he's created several proprietary business models.

It may sound like Scott is all about business - that's furthest from the truth. Besides his many hobbies, he's an avid Foodie. His Real Estate knowledge of the communities surrounding Sandy Springs is impressive and so is his knowledge of great eats! He's very eager to share his best dining spots (BBQ, steakhouses, hole in the wall restaurants, casual, fine dining, etc.) in the communities he serves. He'll often share some of his best dining spots on his web site blog: www.scottfinehomes.com/blog

On a personal note, Scott has lived in Sandy Springs for more than 19 years. He’s been married for more than 35 years, has two children and has volunteered for more than 18 years at North Point Community Church in Alpharetta.
