Scott joined CB Richard Ellis in 1989. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a major in finance.
Scott has significant experience representing a diverse group of industrial real estate owners, lessors, lessees and investors. He spear-headed the leasing and sale of millions of square feet of space for a variety of local and institutional owners. He has been responsible for the marketing of numerous business parks including: Calumet Woods, Towne Corporate Parks-New Berlin & Milwaukee, Roundy's and the Oak Creek Business Commerce Park.
Scott has sold numerous multi-tenanted, investment and corporate headquarter facilities and has represented numerous multinational corporations.
