Scott Greenwood specializes in the sales and leasing of office properties in the East Bay, including Oakland, Emeryville, Berkeley and Alameda. He represents both tenants and landlords, effectively managing all facets of a transaction, including financial review, project management and move coordination. Since Scott began his career nine years ago, he has been involved in over 1 million square feet of leasing transactions and over $50 million in sale transactions. Born and raised in Glendale, California, Scott now lives in San Francisco. He enjoys swimming and spending time outdoors. Some of Scott’s personal achievements include breaking U.S. Open and World Records for swimming. He also represented the United States at the World University Games in Korea and captained the U.S. National Team.
