Scott Killie brings 25 years of commercial real estate experience to Cassidy Turley’s Government Services team and specializes in representing office building owners in leasing to both federal government agencies and private-sector tenants. Formerly, Scott was a Senior Vice President with Trammell Crow Co., where he played a leadership role in developing a government leasing practice and secured more than two million square feet in new client listings in four years. While at Trammell Crow, he provided comprehensive real estate services to developers and investors including leasing, marketing analysis and project marketing.
Prior to joining the Project Leasing Practice at Trammell Crow, Scott was with Charles E. Smith Co. for 18 years. He started his career in property management and finished his final 14 years with Charles E. Smith in leasing, responsible for leasing the firm’s Washington, DC, portfolio totaling three million square feet.
