Completing his 37th year in commercial office leasing and sales, he is one of the original 4 principals of the company. Prior to CCG, he was a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield (C&W). Over the last 12 year of this employment with C&W, he was the top revenue producer in the Portland Office. In 1997, he was the top revenue producer for the entire Pacific NW and consistently one of the top 100 brokers nationally. Prior to C&W, he was a founder of The Corbett Company which was sold to C&W in 1987. As to awards, he has received the Bill Naito Award from the Commercial Association of Brokers in 2008 and 2013. This award is given for representing the top commercial real estate transaction of the year. He has been recognized as the runner up to the Top Office Broker in the City on 5 occasions. He has been a speaker at both IREM and NAIOP conferences. He have served as Oregon Chapter President of the Commercial Association of Realtors and The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors ( SIOR).
