Scott has over 30 years of experience in the design/build industrial/commercial construction industry in southern Illinois and eastern Missouri. He has helped owners and developers select appropriate sites, locate incentives and alternative financing, worked on behalf of owners with design professionals in conceptual design, and successfully estimated, managed and constructed millions of square feet of industrial and commercial facilities of all kinds. He has also participated in the development of four industrial parks. Scott is a southern Illinois native and resides in Carlinville, Illinois. His focus is commercial, industrial, and land development.
