He has closed transactions throughout Los Angeles, on streets such as Ventura Boulevard, Laurel Canyon, Sunset Boulevard, Melrose Avenue, Hollywood Boulevard, Santa Monica Boulevard and Wilshire Boulevard.
Mr. Roberts has extensive market knowledge and experience in the commercial real estate arena. He negotiates sale contracts and lease contracts in a thorough and diligent manner, with an acute sensitivity as to the nuances of the transactions.
