Scott Salters is a Senior Associate with Cushman & Wakefield | Pacific Commercial Realty Advisors and specializes in office and industrial real estate brokerage in Greater Bakersfield and Kern County Area. Scott is a Bakersfield native and had been a part of his family’s local business, Salty’s BBQ where his hard work and service were put to the fire, literally. From here he decided to venture into the world of real estate.
Scott began his career as a Property Accountant, using his education in Economics, and managed the finances of a portfolio comprised of residential and commercial properties before becoming a Property Manager. During this time, Scott found that his primary passion was in giving superior service to both property owners and tenants. After working as a Property Manager, Scott joined the team at Cushman & Wakefield Pacific where he works as a Sales Associate and specializes in Office and Industrial properties.
